This is a story of Rajat Shrivastava or Pinto who was a very brilliant student since the beginning. I like the writing style of the author. The plot of the story is also different from other books which I have been reading recently and it was a good change for me. The title is appropriate for the book and gives away the theme of the book.
This book describes struggles of pinto, his intelligence and his hunger for knowledge. His character is well described in the book as needed. Though I think some incidents should have been described more clearly like going of pinto’s father to England and then returning back. Book gives away the idea of common problems one had to face in villages and small towns.
The author has used stories to describe various events which I really like because stories always make the explanation more clear and descriptive. The language of the book is simple and easy to understand and you can read the book in few hours without breaking the flow. The cover of the book is very attractive and appropriate for the book. This the book is for everyone, no matter what genre you like.
