Three wise monkeys

“Speak no evil; Hear no evil; See no evil.” This proverb is changed for benefit in this story.
The trio- Amar, Akbar, and Anthony who comes to Mumbai from three different states Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra with an ambition to pursue a degree of CA and shamelessly failed in the examination many times are the three male protagonists while Meghna, Farah, and Sarah are three female protagonists. Two businessmen and twin brothers Raj Pawar and Suhas Pawar and their wives Ruma and Suma, Ravindran Rao, Somnath Bhagwat, Mohammad Zakaria, Solomon Prakasa Rao Pinto, ACP Kishan Kumar and Constable Keshav Kadam are other major characters. Readers meet so many minor characters who lead the story ahead. Instead of so many characters, the author has done a great job of portraying the story.

After so many failed attempts to clear CA examination the finally clear it ( the trio) and started looking for a job and in that process, they met their lady lucks, Meghna, Farah, and Sarah, they wonder if they’ll actually be lucky enough or not. These girls do bring jobs for them but with lots of troubles. Akbar land up in jail and Anthony faces near death experience in Kutch. After that three of them thought to put an end to their honest behavior to earn some money.

“Will their mistake of turning a blind eye to the philosophy of ‘See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil’ cost them their careers and put them in prison or will Lady Luck change their fortunes forever?”

This book is a wonderful piece of satire and comedy with a good story. Author has made of many people but in a hilarious way. The cover page has a picture of three monkeys which does justice with the title and the storyline. The language of the book is full of sarcastic comments yet very easy to understand.
All in all, book is a must read.
